FS authors

Recently, the children in FS have been authors. They made their own stories; here is one by Shayna Patel. The animal’s day.

Once there was a duck-billed platypus called Jack and it lived in a cage. All the animals lived in the zoo and they were a bit squashed and sad. One day a cross crocodile came along and then a grumpy cheetah and they went in Jack’s cage. Oh no! They ate Jack up. The zookeeper said, “You shouldn’t eat the duck-billed platypus!” But they did not listen and they ate the zookeeper. The flying ambulance came along and they couldn’t find the zookeeper. It landed and they ate that too! They didn’t like the helicopter and they spat everything out. They were ok but a bit chewed. The police car came and the helicopter flew away. The police car took the cheetah and the crocodile to jail and they never came out. The helicopter landed on its spot. The zookeeper stroked Jack and put him back in his nice warm cage.

Well done Shayna!
